Mario Bazel

“Art for me is expressed in emotion, converted into form and subjects. It is a search for a sense of vibration, for an intangible movement, a form that breaks its own boundaries, a brief moment that remains eternally imprinted in space.”

– Mario Bazel

Mario Bazel was born 17.03.1988 in Burgas, Bulgaria. He grew up in Denmark, but his passion for art brought him to Plovdiv, Bulgaria where he graduated in 2018, with a master’s degree in Graphic Arts at AMTII Prof. Assen Diamandiev – Plovdiv. His bachelor’s degree in “Pedagogy of Fine Arts Education – Graphics” (2016) is from the same university. During his studies he became involved in the artistic life of the city, in which he now resides in.
